Job summary

Alfred Williams & Co seeks a Construction Services Lead at their Charlotte showroom to generate new business, expand client relationships, and drive market growth in partnership with DIRTT and internal teams.

The role blends strategic business development, relationship management, and project oversight across designers, project managers, architects, contractors, and end-users throughout the Carolinas. Travel is required; strong presentation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of business development or sales experience in construction or related industry.
• Highly organized; able to manage multiple complex projects.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with collaborative mindset and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to travel within the Carolinas; occasional evenings/weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Carolinas.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, architects, general contractors, and developers.
• Educate the marketplace on the value and capabilities of DIRTT and AWC Construction Services.
• Conduct client presentations, showroom tours, and site visits.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to develop scopes, timelines, and pricing proposals.
• Partner with project managers during execution to address changes and ensure successful installation.
• Collaborate with DIRTT to create and execute market development plans and provide sales forecasting.
