Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator in New York to support the field team and serve as a primary contact for customers. You will coordinate service calls, manage communications, and keep service records up to date across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service calls and field technicians.
• Manage communication between customers, clients, field teams and management.
• Follow up on outstanding service requests and ensure progress.
• Maintain accurate service records, schedules and job information.
• Communicate updates to customers and manage expectations.
• Assist with organizing materials, manpower and site requirements.
• Track open service items through to completion.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks within the Service department.
• Proactively identify issues and ensure they are followed up.
• Support the Service Manager/Director with keeping the department organized and running efficiently.
