Catalent, Inc. is seeking a Pharmaceutical Project Manager to lead end-to-end CDMO client projects from pre-clinical development through Phases I–IV and lifecycle management. This on-site role at the St.

Petersburg facility emphasizes customer satisfaction, timely delivery, and cross-functional execution in a GMP environment. The successful candidate will guide governance, monitor risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, while coordinating phase gates and client communications

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field; 5+ years in pharma or FDA-regulated CDMO preferred.
• Working knowledge of project management in a cGMP environment.
• At least 2 years of project management or equivalent leadership experience.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related Catalent software.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned CDMO clients.
• Manage client relationships, including hosting site visits, governance meetings, and routine project updates.
• Proactively monitor and manage customer satisfaction and address risks and escalations.
• Provide clear, timely, and professional communication to customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure timely follow-up on decisions, risks, and deliverables.
• Escalate critical path issues impacting schedule, cost, quality, or compliance.
• Coordinate and conduct phase gate review and approval prior to clinical manufacturing for each development phase and/or regulatory changes.
• All other duties as assigned.
