Job summary

Catalent in St. Petersburg, FL seeks an Associate Project Manager to lead projects across Product Development, Technical Services, and continuity programs. You will manage plans, budgets, and timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to meet goals while ensuring cGMP compliance.

The role is 100% onsite at the St. Petersburg facility, with standard Monday–Friday hours and a focus on project delivery in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Pharmacy).
• 1+ years of project management experience or equivalent demonstrated leadership.
• Working knowledge of project management principles in a cGMP environment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
• May be required to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 15 pounds; no >44.09 pounds without assistance.
• Be accessible to manufacturing floor and office staff; use required office equipment.
• Specific vision requirements include reading documents and frequent computer use.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate projects across Product Development, Technical Services, and business continuity programs.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans to meet milestones, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify and remove roadblocks and drive progress through meetings.
• Oversee and manage capital budgets to allocate, utilize, and close funding as planned.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support project objectives.
• Communicate project status and requirements with customers, cross-site managers, suppliers, and contractors for alignment.
• Ensure all activities comply with current cGMP, EHS, and financial standards.
• Additional duties as assigned.
