Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions is seeking a Pharmaceutical Project Manager to lead end-to-end CDMO client projects from pre-clinical development through clinical phases and lifecycle management. The role is on-site at the St.

Petersburg facility in Florida, with focus on cross-functional execution and regulatory compliance. The candidate will manage relationships, monitor satisfaction, and ensure timely deliverables while adhering to cGMP standards in a fast-paced, globally integrated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a scientific field.
• Minimum 5 years’ industry experience, ideally in pharma/CDMO.
• At least 2 years in project management or equivalent leadership.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and WorkFront.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned CDMO clients.
• Manage client relationships, site visits, governance meetings, and project updates.
• Proactively monitor customer satisfaction and address risks/escalations.
• Provide clear, timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure timely follow-up on decisions, risks, and deliverables.
• Escalate critical path issues impacting schedule, cost, quality, or compliance.
• Coordinate phase-gate reviews prior to clinical manufacturing or regulatory changes.
• All other duties as assigned.
