Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in the banking industry.
• Strong client service background and skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Written and interpersonal communication on telephone and in person with clients/prospects/vendors.
• Ability to complete multiple assignments with quality, accuracy and deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers.
• Facilitate customer research and corrections.
• Process loan payments, advances, and maintenance.
• Originate and maintain Commercial deposit accounts.
• Assist Real Estate service forms.
• Support loan system workflow.
• Perform loan tracking tasks.
• Review loan documents.
• Assist with loan closings.
• Process complex loans (e.g., Construction Draws, Floor plans).
• Provide operational support to lending staff.
