Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions with accurate records and proper handling of monies.
• Deliver superior quality service, identifying and understanding the client’s financial needs.
• Cross-trained to support sales and service activities, including outbound calls and IRM activities.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service solutions.
• Support team sales by outreach and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay informed of policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
