Job summary

Truist in Lake City, FL is seeking a Regular Branch Associate to provide timely client transactions and maintain accurate records while delivering superior service. The role includes assisting with outbound calls and supporting integrated relationship management to meet clients’ financial needs.

Educate clients on digital banking, cross-train for sales and service activities, and adhere to internal controls and policies. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications like Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients, handling complex and standard transactions, and identifying client needs.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to enhance service experience.
• Support team sales by participating in client outreach, reviewing offers, and referring opportunities to branch team members or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise for clients’ needs.
• Participate in all components of the Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Commit to ongoing product knowledge through meetings and training.
