Job summary

Dex partner role embedded with leading insurers, building AI deployments end-to-end from scoping to go-live. You’ll own end-to-end deployments from scoping through go-live, collaborating with client carriers to align technology with business goals.

You’ll design and shipping multi-modal agentic AI systems, lead prompt engineering, API integrations, and model orchestration. This role demands hands-on coding and strong client relationships, with a founder’s mindset and sense of urgency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in forward-deployed, agent engineering, or founding role.
• Proven ability to ship production-grade Python code and APIs.
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI.
• Able to translate complex technical solutions into business outcomes for executive audiences.
• Founder mindset: ownership end-to-end and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI deployments for major insurance carriers, from initial scoping to successful go-live.
• Design, build, and evolve multi-modal agentic AI systems, leveraging prompt engineering, model integration, and AI-assisted development.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for senior client stakeholders, translating complex AI capabilities into business outcomes.
• Work hands-on with client tech teams to integrate AI solutions via APIs and custom environments.
• Scope and develop new features based on client needs, feeding critical insights back into the core product roadmap.
