Job summary

Morgan Pinnacle Group seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to deploy multimodal AI systems into production for the insurance industry. The role blends hands-on software engineering, applied AI, and direct customer engagement.

You’ll own end‑to‑end deployments, working closely with clients to understand challenges, build solutions, and drive projects to go‑live. The ideal candidate has strong Python skills, familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering, excellent communication, and a track record of

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in a technical Python role (client-facing preferred).
• Experience shipping production code in VC-backed startups or fast tech environments.
• US/Canada/Europe STEM undergrad degree; exceptional startups may qualify otherwise.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Excellent communication and ability to build client relationships.
• Willingness to work on-site five days a week in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Deploy multimodal, agentic AI systems into production with major business impact.
• Own client deployments end-to-end, from scoping through go-live.
• Build and manage client relationships; become a trusted partner for executives.
• Design, build, and evolve AI agents including prompt engineering and integration.
• Work with applied AI daily to scope and develop new features for scale.
• Integrate products into client environments via APIs and systems.
• Collaborate with core platform team to ensure smooth delivery and improve product using insights.
• Share best practices in internal playbooks to scale Forward Deployed Engineering.
