Synthio Labs is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer – Tech to join our team and bridge AI engineering with client delivery. You will build AI-powered applications, integrate LLMs, and deploy production-grade infrastructure in collaboration with customers and internal engineers.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, fast iteration, and direct client interaction to translate workflows into scalable AI solutions that power real-world business outcomes.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
• 0–3 years in software engineering, AI engineering, or ML systems development.

Mansioni

• Build AI-powered applications using LLMs, APIs, and modern AI frameworks.
• Design workflows that combine structured enterprise data with generative AI capabilities.
• Develop prototypes and production-ready systems for real-world client deployments.
• Design and manage infrastructure to deploy AI applications reliably and securely.
• Work with cloud environments to support model hosting, data pipelines, and scalable deployment.
• Implement monitoring, performance optimization, and reliability practices.
• Work directly with clients and internal teams to implement AI-powered applications.
• Translate client workflows into scalable AI-driven software solutions.
• Serve as the technical bridge between client teams, product, and engineering.
• Partner with product and engineering to translate client needs into platform capabilities.
• Contribute to reusable infrastructure and components for AI deployment.
