Job summary

Dyania Health is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the technical face of Synapsis AI inside client deployments, owning the onboarding through ongoing operations.

You will translate client needs into data models, integrations, and pipelines, collaborating with Clinical Innovations, Engineering, and Business Development to ensure reliable, secure delivery within hospital firewalls. This hybrid role combines hands-on engineering with client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• +5 years of software engineering experience using Python or similar languages.
• +2 years in customer-facing technical work.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL data stores and data mapping.
• Experience with containers (Docker), production services, and CI/CD.
• Experience with distributed, retriable workflow architectures.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client-facing technical liaison during deployment and onboarding.
• Define deployment timelines and coordinate release schedules.
• Lead data mapping, SQL logic, and data pipeline design.
• Build ETL pipelines and integrate clinical data sources.
• Collaborate with Clinical Innovations and Business Development on reporting and requirements.
• Monitor system health and drive operational improvements.
