MCL Talent Partners is recruiting for an entry-level Account Services Representative in the Des Moines metro area to build relationships with local business clients, support client accounts, and explain voluntary workplace benefits.

No prior industry experience is required; structured training, mentorship, licensing support, and ongoing professional development are provided in a client-facing, in-person role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and dependable; comfortable working directly with clients.
• Coachable and able to manage follow-up independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete required state licensing.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, account support, or sales can be helpful but is not required.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with local business clients
• Meet with business owners and employees for account consultations
• Explain available voluntary workplace benefit options
• Support client onboarding, enrollment, and ongoing account needs
• Manage appointments, follow-up, and account activity using CRM tools
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
