Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a hands-on leader to manage a team of Tax Advisors and CSPs in-person, driving a consultative client experience during the busy tax season. You will ramp up with a flexible part-time schedule in the fall and transition to an expanded seasonal schedule from January through April, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have proven people-management experience in a service or retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop front-line staff.

• Data-driven with ability to interpret KPI and coaching data.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily delivery of consultative client experience in-office; ensure disciplined execution on every appointment.
• Model consultative, client-centric behavior and set team standards.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for escalated client service concerns and follow-through.
• Coach Tax Advisors and CSPs using a structured roadmap to drive performance.
• Lead daily office operations, scheduling, timekeeping, and walk-in coverage.
• Partner on growth plans to improve client counts, revenue, and service standards.
