Qualifications

• Candidates must have a strong ability to multi-task under pressure and always maintain a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer phones, guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Place outbound follow-up calls and reach out to prospective clients.
• Present and explain fees, including processing payments.
• Recommend, select, and obtain products and services, including prescriptions.
• Educate clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care.
