CityVet Leander is opening a brand-new veterinary clinic in November 2026, and we are seeking a Client Service Specialist to join from day one. You will help build a positive team culture, establish workflows, and deliver an exceptional client experience as we grow together.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Must be at least 18 years old at time of hire.

• Manage appointment check-ins and book new appointments.
• Coordinate discharge information for grooming, clinic, walk-ins, and boarding.
• Greet and welcome clients, manage delays, and assist with lobby triage.
