CityVet Leander is opening a brand-new veterinary clinic in November 2026, and we are hiring a Client Service Specialist to join from the start. This role focuses on creating a positive client experience, managing scheduling, and supporting the team as we grow together.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments, and coordinate discharge information.
• Prioritize scheduled appointments and educate clients for vaccine, wellness, parasite, and retail needs.
• Greet clients, check in patients, manage delays, and assist staff on arrival.

CityVet Leander is a brand-new veterinary clinic opening in November 2026, and we’re looking for a Client Service Specialist to join our team from the very beginning. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a positive team culture, establish great workflows, and create an exceptional client experience as we grow together.

Essential qualifications:

• Computer proficiency
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age at the time of hire

A day in the life:

• Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments and partner with the team on proper discharge information for: grooming, clinic, walk-ins, technician appointments, boarding and retail appointments.
• Understand, communicate, and properly prioritize scheduled appointments, client education and lobby triage by vaccine, wellness, parasite and retail needs to ensure an efficient and productive schedule and daily workflow.
• Greet and welcome all clients entering the clinic by opening the door, checking patients in for their appointment, notifying the clients of any appointment delays, care for clients during their wait and alerting the staff of the client’s arrival.
