Job summary

SLT Group is seeking a part-time Client Services Team member for Rye Brook, NY and Greenwich, CT. You will greet clients, share pricing, and deliver Megaformer demos while supporting instructors to ensure a seamless class experience.

Candidates should excel in customer service, be highly organized, and able to work independently or in a team. Some lifting and flexible hours are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients in a positive and friendly manner.
• Provide the highest level of client/customer service and hospitality to all clients/prospective clients.
• Share pricing and class information with prospective clients.
• Deliver Megaformer machine demos to new clients.
• Complete studio tours with new clients.
• Support SLT instructors to ensure smooth check-in and class experience.
• Maintain complete knowledge of Mariana Tek system.
