Milan Institute is seeking a friendly Customer Service Specialist to greet clients, manage appointments, and support students on the salon floor. You will coordinate bookings with instructors and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for all clients.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in customer service or hospitality. Evening/weekend availability is required to align with salon hours and client demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in beauty/salon is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work evenings/weekends.
• Familiarity with salon management software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and manage appointments on the salon floor.
• Coordinate bookings with instructors and students.
• Provide friendly, professional service throughout the visit.
• Process payments and handle the cash register.
• Promote services and special promotions to clients.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.
