Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of related experience preferred, particularly in customer service, hospitality, retail, front desk, or another guest-facing role.
• Previous salon, spa, or beauty industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, friendly, and professional first impression.
• Schedule and manage guest appointments and maintain an accurate daily appointment book.
• Check guests in and out and accurately process payments and other transactions.
• Answer guest questions regarding salon services, pricing, appointments, and retail products.
• Recommend retail products and promote salon services based on guest needs.
• Support students and educators to help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the student salon.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting reception and retail area.
• Assist with retail stocking, merchandising, and inventory as needed.
