Job summary

Milan Institute is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist for our student salon floor in Clovis, CA. You will be the face of the institution, manage client appointments, and support our students' learning and development while delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities include welcoming clients, coordinating bookings with instructors, maintaining an organized salon area, processing payments, and promoting services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in beauty or salon.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to scheduling.
• Enthusiasm for supporting students' learning and development.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with salon management software is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of cosmetology terminology and products.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and welcome them professionally on arrival.
• Assist with scheduling and managing client preferences.
• Coordinate bookings with instructors and students for smooth operations.
