Job summary

Anchorage Digital is seeking a Client Experience team member to deliver white-glove service to institutional clients throughout onboarding and ongoing account management. You will respond to inquiries, coordinate with Compliance, Product, and Sales, and manage client transactions with risk awareness.

You will work across client operations, custody, and settlements, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience while supporting process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Stays up-to-date with crypto industry trends and regulatory guidelines.
• Researches and sources information from internal tools (Salesforce, Notion, Slack, JIRA) to respond to client needs.
• Understands Anchorage Digital’s priorities and how they affect client experiences.
• Knows Know Your Client (KYC) processes and client onboarding lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove service during the onboarding lifecycle, coordinating with internal teams to refine processes.
• Proactively resolve client issues with speed and care.
• Manage time-sensitive custody and settlement operations and meet deadlines.
• Adapt quickly as business strategies evolve and products are introduced.
• Contribute to runbooks as new processes develop.
