Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of customer service or call center experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone presence with good listening skills.
• Proven ability to resolve customer concerns while maintaining trust.
• Advanced computer skills and ability to learn multiple software systems.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable transportation; this is an in-office position.
