Job summary

Barnes Lawn Doctor is hiring a Client Service Representative to be the primary contact for clients. This in-office role focuses on delivering timely, professional service through phone, email, and text, coordinating with Operations, Sales, and Client Experience teams, and ensuring accurate documentation.

The CSR must have strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with at least four years in customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of customer service, client support, or call center experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone presence with excellent listening skills.
• Ability to resolve customer concerns while maintaining trust.
• Advanced computer skills and the ability to learn multiple software systems.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable transportation; this is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client communications by phone, email, and text.
