Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is a prestigious community management firm with offices in CA, CO, and ID. The CX Associate handles client needs at the Client Experience Center, providing telephone coverage, responding to requests, and performing administrative duties.

Opportunities for growth arise through supporting in areas such as General Community, Architectural, Escrow, or Billing. Onsite schedule is Monday–Friday 9:00 am–5:00 pm with a comprehensive benefits package and PTO.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to respond promptly to inquiries.
• Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Organizational skills with ability to prioritize daily workload.

Responsibilities

• Responds to routine customer service requests (phone, email, chat) in a timely manner.
• Initiates service requests and enters information in appropriate systems.
• Follows up on assigned interactions and completes administrative duties.
