• Serve a high volume of daily client interactions via phone, email, in person, and mailings.
• Support financial advisors and branch staff with essential administrative tasks.
• Process client transactions and manage advisor/branch expenses and expense reports.
• Open new client accounts and research client and security information using internal databases.
• Prepare letters, forms and reports to assist servicing existing clients and prospects.
• Create and maintain records and files using Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Assist with marketing efforts including seminars and client-facing events.
