Responsibilities

• Services a high volume of daily interactions with prospective and existing clients by phone, in person, virtually or via mailings.
• Provides crucial support to financial advisors and branch office teams.
• Processes client financial transactions and advisor/branch expenses and reports with accuracy.
• Opens new client accounts and researches client and security information using internal systems.
• Prepares letters, forms and reports to assist with servicing clients and prospecting new business.
• Maintains client records and reporting using CRM software and other tools.
• Supports marketing efforts including seminars and client events.
• Follows firm policies and industry regulations and ensures timely completion of tasks.
