Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; securities industry experience preferred.
• SIE required; Series 7 required; Series 63/65/66 as required by state.
• Experience supporting Financial Advisors and clients; strong communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first contact for a high volume of client interactions via phone, email, in person, or virtual.
• Onboards new clients and opens accounts; researches client and security information in internal systems.
• Ensures client information and documentation meet firm and industry requirements.
• Monitors asset transfers and cash reports; communicates investment opportunities to clients.
• Prepares financial reports and materials for client meetings; inputs orders and rebalances portfolios.
• Maintains records in CRM and supports marketing events and client-facing seminars.
• Participates in training and professional development; supports leadership and team goals.
