• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance is preferred.
• 1+ year securities industry or related work experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Advisors and clients with high quality service.
• Handle routine to non-routine tasks with guidance and accuracy.
• Process client financial transactions and prepare reports.
• Open new client accounts and verify information in databases.
• Prepare letters, forms and client-facing materials.
• Support marketing efforts and client events for advisors.
• Maintain records using CRM and other systems.
• Engage in training and professional development.
