Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ years securities industry or related work experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training.
• Education: High School (HS) Required
• Work Experience: General Experience - 0 to 3 months

Responsibilities

• Respond to high volume client inquiries via phone, email, in person, and mail.
• Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors and branch staff.
• Open new client accounts and verify client and security information.
• Prepare letters, forms, and reports for servicing clients and prospecting.
• Maintain CRM records and assist with client events and marketing efforts.
