Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and one or more years securities industry or related work experience preferred.
• OR an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Responds to high volume client inquiries via phone, email, in person, and virtual platforms.
• Provides crucial support to Financial Advisors and branch staff.
• Processes client financial transactions and tracks expenses and reports.
• Opens new client accounts and researches client information in internal databases.
• Prepares letters, forms and reports to service existing clients and prospect for new clients.
• Maintains client records using CRM software and supports marketing efforts.
