Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a dynamic Client Service Associate to provide high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisors and clients. The role requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries across multiple platforms, process transactions, and assist with meetings, reporting, and marketing efforts within a collaborative branch team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; securities industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential; multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of client inquiries and schedule meetings across phone, email, in-person, and virtual channels.
• Process client transactions and expenses; research and maintain client and security information in internal systems.
• Open new client accounts and prepare letters, forms and reports for servicing existing clients and prospecting new ones.
• Support marketing efforts and client-facing events; assist Financial Advisors as directed.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and produce various business summary reports for review.
