Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Client Service Associate to provide high-touch administrative support to Financial Advisors and clients. In this role, you will handle high-volume client interactions, process transactions, open new accounts, and maintain accurate records in CRM software while coordinating with branch staff.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills across channels, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) or more years securities industry or related work experience preferred.
• OR an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Serves a high volume of daily client interactions by phone, in person, or email and schedules meetings.
• Provides crucial support to Financial Advisors and branch office staff.
• Processes client financial transactions and expense reports with accuracy and compliance.
• Opens new client accounts and researches client and security information in internal systems.
• Prepares letters, forms and reports to service existing clients and prospect for new ones.
