Qualifications

• Active Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 required.
• Two or more years of related industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial services products and client service

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication and processing requests
• Identify and promote firm services and digital offerings
• Authenticate clients and confirm authorization when processing requests
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, collect information and documentation
• Assist with money movements and estate needs as directed
• Prepare client plans and meeting materials
