Morgan Stanley is seeking a Registered Client Relationship Analyst to support Financial Advisors and their teams by handling client inquiries, processing transactions, and managing account documentation. The role emphasizes accuracy, client communication, and the ability to work with digital tools within a fast-paced wealth management environment.

Qualified candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred and relevant licenses (Series 7/66 or 63/65).

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Licensing: Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) is required or preferred.
  • 2+ years of industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team and support client relationships.
  • Assist with account onboarding, documentation, and profile updates as directed.
  • Educate clients on digital tools and e-signatures; relay account information and balances.
  • Support marketing efforts and prepare materials for client meetings using firm-approved systems.
