Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to provide frontline client service and support Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors in Philadelphia. You will handle money movements, account inquiries, and onboarding tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a college degree preferred, and active Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65) required.
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial services products and client service practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team, including cultivating and enhancing client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions per client/FA/PWA/team requests.
• Answer general non-investment questions, relay account positions, and provide balances.
• Enter profile information or pre-fill account documentation in a clerical capacity.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, collecting required information and documentation.
• Provide clients with details about their accounts and investment objectives.
• Accept or enter unsolicited or solicited orders as directed.
• Support marketing strategies and assist teams with business plans and client service models.
• Remain current on policies, procedures, and new platforms; participate in training.
