Qualifications

• Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
• Two+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Strong writing, interpersonal and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication.
• Assist with firm services and digital offerings like Morgan Stanley Online and Morgan Stanley Mobile.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, collecting required documentation and assessing risk.
• Input orders and discuss reinvestment options with clients and Financial Advisors.
• Prepare financial plans, client reports, and materials for meetings.
• Support the marketing strategy and client events.
