Qualifications

• Two or more years of industry experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/Equivalency; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication with clients, processing client requests, resolving inquiries, providing guidance and ensuring documentation is current.
• Identify and assist with Firm services and solutions including banking products and digital offerings like Morgan Stanley Online and Morgan Stanley Mobile.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, including collecting information, documentation, risk assessments, and processing transactions.
• Input orders, discuss reinvestment options and corporate actions with Financial Advisors.
• Prepare financial plans, client reports, and materials for client meetings.
