Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate in Atlanta to support client relationships, process requests, authenticate clients, and onboard accounts using firm platforms like Morgan Stanley Online and Morgan Stanley Mobile.

This role partners with Financial Advisors to grow business, prepare client reports and financial plans, and ensure compliance with policies. Requires Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63/65), 2+ years' experience, HS diploma; college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65) credentials.
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/Equivalency; College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication and handling client requests.
• Identify and assist with Firm services and digital offerings like Morgan Stanley Online and Morgan Stanley Mobile.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, including documentation collection and risk assessment.
• Input orders and discuss reinvestment options with Advisors; prepare client reports and financial plans.
• Collaborate with Advisors to develop business plans and support client service model.
