The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication, and comfort with multitasking.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or office support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and providing outstanding customer service.
• Handling transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
• Managing inventory and processing special orders and repairs.
• Answering phones and directing calls to the right team member.
