Job summary

PNC Canton, OH is seeking a Client Experience Associate to deliver a proactive, customer-focused experience across branches in the region. You will educate customers on financial options, leverage technology, and help grow loyalty and wallet share through thoughtful service.

Based in Canton with in-office expectations, you will engage customers in lobby activities, identify opportunities, and refer to branch staff while adhering to risk and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Typically less than 1 year of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s) and experience may be considered.
• Roles at this level do not require a university/college degree.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
• Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and refers as appropriate to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
