This is a high-energy, relationship-driven role focused on converting inquiries into booked sessions and guiding clients through high-value purchasing decisions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales, account management, customer service, or virtual client relations (phone-based preferred).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a confident phone presence.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound and outbound calls, converting inquiries into booked sessions.
• Build and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Conduct high-impact virtual Image Reveal sessions, guiding product choice and investment decisions.
• Meet or exceed sales goals using consultative selling and product knowledge.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text with professionalism and warmth.
• Maintain organized client records and manage your pipeline in the CRM.
