Job summary

iA American Warranty LP in Austin, TX seeks an Associate Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance our Salesforce platform. This role focuses on empowering business teams, improving data quality, and enabling users across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Salesforce administration experience, with a Salesforce Administrator Certification or willingness to obtain within the first year.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Salesforce administration experience, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification or willingness to obtain within the first year of employment.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Salesforce users, security settings, custom objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Support business processes across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud while assisting with platform enhancements and user adoption initiatives.
• Maintain data quality through data imports, exports, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution activities.
• Support Salesforce governance, system testing, release management, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide end‑user support, onboarding, training, and guidance to help teams maximize Salesforce capabilities and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Salesforce security, reports, dashboards, Flow Builder, and data management concepts.
• Experience with Salesforce data management tools such as Data Loader.
• Exposure to Marketing Cloud and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with SQL Server, Snowflake, or other enterprise data platforms is an asset.
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik is preferred.

English Proficiency: Intermediate level of English proficiency is required, as the role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and Salesforce users, as well as creating documentation and providing user support on a regular basis.
