The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a solid understanding of banking policies and compliance. Availability for weekend and evening shifts is essential to serve our diverse client base.

• Adhere to banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilités

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to build trust and understand client needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and by phone to tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
