Chase is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to welcome clients, provide thoughtful banking solutions, and build lasting relationships in our branch network. You will leverage digital tools and in-branch expertise to meet financial needs while delivering hospitality and exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a high school diploma, and the ability to work weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and by phone to deepen relationships.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) and help with banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions with the team of experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
