Job summary

Insperity is seeking a Client Liaison responsible for creating a positive client experience by delivering unmatched service for external and internal customers. You will lead interactions, coordinate service delivery, and develop partnerships with stakeholders across multiple locations.

The role requires aligning Insperity services with client needs, educating clients on applications, and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with client owners and on-site supervisors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive client experience by delivering unmatched service for external and internal customers.
• Leads client interactions and coordinates service delivery and action plans across multiple locations.
• Troubleshoots situations, educates clients, and develops partnerships with stakeholders.
• Coordinates service delivery from multiple Insperity departments to support client needs.
• Educates and encourages client usage of Insperity products and applications.
• Maintains client relationships as a trusted advisor with client owners and supervisors.
• Participates in client meetings with sales and service teams to ensure alignment and growth.
