• Schedule appointments and manage client follow-up.
• Prepare applications and necessary paperwork.
• Prepare for meetings, making sure information and materials are ready.
• Assist clients with account updates, changes and service requests.
• Maintain client records and recurring follow-up processes.
• Help prepare for seminars, meetings and events.
• Create a personal client experience through consistent communication and thoughtful touches.
