Job summary

Zeta Global is seeking an experienced Client Experience Operations Manager to oversee multi-account project management for media dashboards and audience creation across client portfolios.

You will coordinate timelines, tagging and pixel tracking, and collaborate with strategic directors, analytics, and operations to ensure accurate insights. This role is hybrid/remote in the US and requires proactive, detail-oriented communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Data/Analytics-related field; project management certification is a plus.
• 3-5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a marketing/advertising agency.
• Understanding of digital media channels (SEM, display, social, programmatic, video) and attribution mechanics.
• Familiarity with tag/pixel management platforms and third-party tracking integrations (GTM, Adobe Launch, Campaign Manager, Meta).
• Strong organizational and communication skills across multiple stakeholders and projects.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Account Project Management: Support the Program Director on end-to-end project execution for media dashboard builds and enhancements across a portfolio of client accounts.
• Develop and maintain timelines, deliverables, and status documentation across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams (media, analytics, ops and sales) and clients for tracking- and dashboard-related deliverables.
• Anticipate and manage resource constraints and shifting client priorities in a fast-paced setting.
