Job summary

Zeta Global is seeking an experienced Client Experience Operations Manager to oversee multi-account media dashboard projects and pixel tracking implementations. You will coordinate between media, analytics, ops, and sales to deliver timely, accurate insights across diverse client portfolios.

Remote-friendly in the US with hybrid options in major cities; you’ll own timelines, QA processes, and client communications, translating reporting needs into actionable dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a marketing/advertising agency environment.
• Understanding of digital media channels (SEM, display, social, programmatic, video) and attribution mechanics.
• Familiarity with tag/pixel management platforms and third-party tracking integrations (GTM, Adobe Launch, Campaign Manager, Meta, etc.).
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to manage timelines across multiple stakeholders and projects.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Account Project Management: manage end-to-end project execution for media dashboard builds across client accounts.
• Develop and maintain timelines, deliverables, and status documentation across multiple workstreams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients for tracking- and dashboard-related deliverables.
• Anticipate and manage resource constraints and shifting client priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Oversee tagging and tracking implementations across media platforms and client properties.
