Job summary

• A minimum of 3+ years client service experience required.
• Investment management experience is preferred.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Exhibits unfailing personal integrity

• Excellent communication skills, including proper grammar and punctuation
• Strong organization skills and ability to follow established processes consistently
• Effectively manages priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Act as the client’s primary point of contact for all operational and administrative tasks, and serve as liaison between clients, custodians and other partners
• Provide operational and administrative support to Associate Advisors and Lead Advisors
• Organize, track and lead team projects, seeing them through to successful completion
• Provide support across a diverse suite of services and coordinate with third parties including but not limited to brokerage firms, banks, accountants, insurance agents, attorneys, trustees, and real estate agents
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, and prepare meeting materials in advance
• Maintain client information in CRM and other reporting systems
• Coordinate quarterly tax payments and gathering tax document as part of Clarius’ role tax return preparation
• Work with all members of the team and the Chief Compliance Officer to adhere to federal, state and company compliance rules and guidelines
